Young, mineral and low acidity organic white wine.
It comes from vineyards where the use of systemic fungicides, pesticides or chemical herbicides is null. The winery obtains certification from the CAAE Company. This certification guarantees traceability and the work carried out in the vineyard.
In the winery, the winemaking process is self-limiting, lowering the level of sulphites and avoiding the use of oenological chemicals. In this way, we obtain extremely natural and healthy wines. Just as vineyards are certified, the way the winery works is also certified and the wines are analysed to ensure the total absence of multi-residues.
