Description

Made entirely from the white Airén grape variety, selected from the vineyards owned by the winery. The Airen grape is the most traditional white grape of La Mancha, perfectly adapted to the arid and harsh weather conditions.

To our pleasant surprise: the extraordinary quality this grape variety confers to its wines is enhanced when the winemaking process is based on technology and a fermentation control. Processed in the right way, the Airén grape falls within the highest quality standards of the world-renowned white grape varieties.

TASTING NOTES:

Pale, bright and crystalline wine. This wine expresses the virtues of our rocky limestone soil. Its nose is aromatic and fruity, with the scent of banana and pineapple standing out.  On the palate, it is a tasty, mineral wine with a very balanced acidity. It maintains a persistent, round and smooth finish.

It is the perfect accompaniment for seafood, white fish, rice dishes and uncured cheeses.
