Description

Young rosé wine made entirely from Garnacha grapes from the Monte Milla country estate in Villarta de San Juan (Ciudad Real). The selected clone is an Aragonese Garnacha with little colour, resistant to the hot weather conditions of the centre of the Iberian Peninsula. It is a hardy, fresh, productive and very aromatic grape. It perfectly adapts to limestone soils. It is mainly used for rosés and young red wines, which are aromatic and fruity.

TASTING NOTES:

Bright pink colour, brilliant and intense. It is a very fruity wine, with aromas of strawberries and roses. On the palate, it is smooth, fresh and sweet, without any astringency sensations and very clean. Long and persistent on the palate. Made with grapes from the Monte Milla country estate, after a brief maceration at a very low temperature. This elaboration seeks to exploit the youth and fruit.

It is the perfect accompaniment for salads, pasta, rice dishes, fish, seafood and white meats.
