Description

Made with Cencibel grapes selected from our vineyards in Monte Milla and Castellanos. It is undoubtedly the most prestigious red grape in the Spanish geography, known in other regions of Spain as Tempranillo or Tinto Fino. This variety has its origin in the Iberian Peninsula and adapts perfectly to our soils and cultivation methods. It is a low-yielding variety, with an early development and resistant to diseases and weather variations. To produce this wine, we make a fresh and fast alcoholic fermentation, with immediate decanting and complete malolactic fermentation. In this way, we seek to exploit the fruit and reduce the greenness and astringency without the need for ageing.

TASTING NOTES:

It has intense cherry colour, covered and clean with wide tears. Purple and violet tones. Fruity aromas typical of its youth feature it, where red fruits and plums stand out. On the palate, it expresses the freshness of the grape and the lack of ageing.  Its youth is appreciated with a medium astringency. Its way along mouth shows smooth and lively sensations. It has a tasty and persistent finish in which the flavours of ripe grapes stand out.

Drink at temperatures around 15ºC, recommended as accompaniment for all kinds of meats, cheeses and appetizers.
