Description

Made with Tempranillo grapes selected from our vineyards in Monte Milla and Castellanos. It is a grape variety of Iberian origin, not very productive, of early development and resistant to diseases and weather variations. The winemaking process aims from the beginning to make a wine with special characteristics, destined for a long time in oak barrels. With an intense and long maceration, there is no fear in obtaining a wine full of astringency sensations, as the wood will eventually soften its structure.

TASTING NOTES:

Dark cherry colour, medium colouring intensity and with tile notes, clean and with wide tear. The aromas acquired from the barrel, cedar, oak, balsamic aromas, vanilla and cinnamon combine with aromas of the grape, plum and candied fruit. On the palate, it is balanced and intense, with the well-ripened grape prevailing over a touch of well-integrated wood. With a persistent, ample and long finish.

Its serving temperature is at 16-18ºC. it is the perfect accompaniment for roast meat, strong stews and cured cheeses.
